Spore Catcher is designed to sample airborne particles, with the goal of capturing spores in the air, primarily for use in the field of disease surveillance.

Main functions: It can be fixed in the measurement and reporting area, and observe the types and quantities of spores in a specific area at a fixed point, and is used to monitor the inventory of disease spores and their diffusion dynamics, and provides reliable data for predicting and preventing disease epidemics and infections. It is a special equipment for crop disease detection that the agricultural plant protection department should equip.
Spore Catcher main structure: The main body is made of plastic-sprayed metal material, consisting of a rainproof upper cover, a filter mesh, a main box body, and a bottom bracket.

The whole machine size: 700*700*1665mm;
Slide: 75*25mm, the slide needs to be coated with Vaseline, and lightly placed in the glass slide under the vent. The experimenter needs to manually replace the slides. When observing the spores, he will take the slides back to the laboratory for cultivation and observation. The slides can be reused and need to be cleaned and disinfected before reusing.

Spore Catcher working mode:
①. Continuous working mode: The equipment starts to work continuously when power is turned on, and the power is cut off and stopped working
②. Intermittent working mode: N hours of work—> Stop M hours, and subsequent work is repeated over and over again, and the work stop time can be flexibly set.
③. Timed working mode: work for 1 hour—> stop for 0.1 hour, follow-up work reciprocating
Rain and snow control: The default is equipped with a rain and snow sensing device, the rain control function is turned on by default, and the rain and snow weather automatically recognizes and stops working, and can be set to turn off.
Light control: The default is equipped with a light intensity sensing device. The light control function is turned off by default. It can be set to turn on. After turning on, the device starts to work when the light intensity is less than the set value.
Notes:
(1)The installation location of the spore detection cabinet should be selected to cast the platform floor to ensure the flatness of the installation location and should not be inclined.
(2)After the equipment is installed, the equipment housing needs to be grounded.
(3)Try to stay away from high-power interference equipment to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment, such as inverters/motors, etc.
