1.Introduction to Portable Flue Gas Analyzer Products
Portable Flue Gas Analyzer measures the concentration of various gases, such as CO, O2, to help achieve optimal combustion.Accurate readings, solid design, easy operation: As a professional, these are the basic requirements for measuring tools when conducting fast and reliable combustion equipment inspection and combustion efficiency analysis on site. And this is exactly what Portable Flue Gas Analyzer has to offer.
Portable Flue Gas Analyzer provides reliable heating system inspection
Portable Flue Gas Analyzer is easy to operate and has built-in 4 guided measurement menus: flue gas measurement, suction force measurement, ambient CO measurement and differential pressure measurement.Large backlit display, suitable for various lighting conditions.
Not only that, the Portable Flue Gas Analyzer also has several other practical features. The instrument has magnetic suction on the back, which can be adsorbed to all metal surfaces, such as the burner housing, making it easier for you to free up your hands to handle other matters. The sensor automatically adjusts zero, which takes only 30 seconds, making the filter element extremely easy to replace.Meanwhile, the Portable Flue Gas Analyzer is lightweight, sturdy and durable, dust-proof and impact-proof, and a built-in condensation slot for quick and easy clearance.
The measurement data can also be directly transmitted to the infrared printer (optional) through the built-in infrared interface of the instrument, realizing on-site report printing.
2.Portable Flue Gas Analyzer application scope
Flue suction measurement
The suction measurement is actually a pressure difference measurement. This pressure difference is caused by the temperature difference between the two regions. The pressure difference in turn creates a compensating airflow. In a flue gas system, the difference in pressure is reflected in "flue pumping force".We can extend the probe through the flue measurement point to the center of the flue air flow, and we can measure the pressure difference, that is, "flue pumping force".
To ensure that the flue gas can be discharged safely from the flue, the boiler system must have a pressure difference (flue pumping force).
If the suction force is always high, the average smoke temperature will rise, causing flue gas loss and system efficiency will be reduced.
If the suction force is always low, then oxygen may be lacking during the combustion process, resulting in an increase in blackness and CO, which will also reduce system efficiency.
Environmental CO measurement
CO is a colorless and odorless toxic gas.CO is generated when carbon-containing substances (such as oil, gas, and solid fuels, etc.) are incompletely burned. After CO enters the lungs with breathing, it will enter the blood vessels of the human body and synthesize it with hemoglobin, causing hypoxia in the body and thus causing death in the human body. This is also the reason why CO emissions need to be measured regularly at the combustion points of the combustion system, especially in places where people often appear and nearby areas.
Flue gas parameter measurement (CO, O2 and temperature, etc.)
Flue gas measurements in the heating system can help users confirm pollutants (such as carbon monoxide CO) and heat losses emitted in the flue gas.In some countries, the law requires flue gas measurement, which mainly serves the following two purposes:
1.Ensure that pollution emissions are minimized and the environment is protected;
2.And improve the efficiency of energy utilization as much as possible.
The pollutant content and energy loss standards in unit flue gas volume cannot be exceeded.
The installer can perform measurements during system debugging. If necessary, four weeks later, the flue gas detector can perform inspections, and then the inspections will be carried out by an authorized service engineer.
Pressure measurement (injection pressure, gas pressure, etc.)
In the process of maintaining the home heating system, we usually need to detect gas pressure, including dynamic pressure and static pressure. If the gas pressure of the gas boiler exceeds the range of 18-25mbar, it cannot be adjusted and the boiler cannot be operated.Because if the operation is performed, the boiler will not work normally, and an explosion will occur after ignition, causing the system to be paralyzed.
