1.Odour Monitoring Function Requirements

Odour Monitoring provides odor and air emission surveys, detecting odor concentration OU values, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other malodorous gases.Intermittent monitoring or environmental odor monitoring is carried out for polluted areas for 24 consecutive hours.Standard monitoring indicators can simultaneously achieve the types of pollutants specified in the GB14554 standard: odor concentration OU value, ammonia, and hydrogen sulfide.

2.Odour Monitoring detection part

The monitoring system is composed of a mixed array of sensors, and the sensor types should be metal oxide sensors, PID photoion detectors, electrochemical sensors, and ETO sensors.

Each sensor can be plugged and unplugged separately, and can be individually calibrated and replaced.

The instrument and equipment calibration operation function is available on site, and there is no need to take it back to the laboratory for calibration.

When using multi-sensor array layout, a working analysis curve that conforms to the artificial olfactory method should be established to simulate a human olfactory system.

The data records can reach at least 1,000,000, with built-in database and USB data copying.

The Internet of Things access server adopts a professional communication SOC processor, dual-core and four-thread, with a main frequency of up to 880MHz, and is equipped with large-capacity Flash standard.Based on a powerful hardware platform, feature-rich software can be implemented to meet diverse monitoring applications.The deeply customized JYun operating system supports GPRS, RJ45, ZigBee, LoRa, WIFI, NB-IOT and other communication methods.Flexible networking and secure data transmission.The motherboard and components meet industrial standards, support wide voltage inputs of 9~36V, and the ambient temperature range can reach -20~65℃.

Supports Modbus communication protocol, which can set up and communicate with the system.Data can be transmitted through 4G wireless and wired 485, and can be optionally viewed and monitored data in real time through computer web pages or mobile APPs.

Supports cloud data storage.It can also realize the concurrent transmission function of multiple servers, and can support up to 3 platforms for direct upload.The analyzer supports the connection between the HJ212-2017 network protocol and the data management platform.

The system software has functions such as direct data transmission, data storage, statistical analysis, alarm exceeding the standard, and point writing.

5.Odour Monitoring Preprocessing Part

It has insect and large particulate filtration, dust filtration and water vapor filtration, which can effectively filter oil, gas, water vapor, dust, etc.in the sample gas, effectively reduce interference during the monitoring process, and more quickly, efficiently and accurately unique gas circuit design, effectively solve the interference between gas sensors, and ensure that the sensor works in a steady-state environment.

6.Odour Monitoring Chassis Part
