1.Working principle of Evaporation Sensor
Evaporation Sensor uses high-precision weighing or pressure sensing technology to accurately measure the evaporation rate by measuring the change in water level in the evaporation dish.Using the pressure measurement principle, the evaporation amount is measured by measuring the weight change of the liquid in the evaporation dish and then calculating the page height.It can adapt to water surface evaporation measurements in various environments, and is not affected by liquid freezing.It overcomes the disadvantages of inaccurate measurements when measuring liquid surface height using ultrasonic principles, easily damage sensors when there is no water, and low measurement accuracy.
2.Scope of application of Evaporation Sensor
The water surface evaporation sensor is a sensor used to sense the changes in the water surface evaporation amount.It can observe the changes in water surface evaporation over different time periods.It is suitable for meteorological observation, plant cultivation, seed cultivation, agriculture and forestry, geological survey, scientific research and other fields.
It can be used in conjunction with automatic water refueling devices, data acquisition and sending devices, etc.to realize automatic monitoring of the evaporation process, or in combination with data acquisition and storage devices (recording instruments), to realize automatic storage of evaporation data, and can also be used in conjunction with rain sensors, data acquisition and sending devices, etc.to realize automatic observation and remote transmission of evaporation and rainfall processes.
3.Functional features of Evaporation Sensor
1.It can prevent evaporation errors caused by direct sunlight, and has higher measurement accuracy values than products in the same industry, and has a faster response speed;

3.Pressure measurement principle, using high-precision weighing principle to measure the weight change of the liquid in the evaporating dish, calculate the liquid level height, so as to measure the evaporation amount, the measurement is more accurate and the data is more scientific;

7.Evaporation Sensor installation guidance
1.Installation location selection instructions
The installation location of the equipment should be above the ground and should be installed on a cement base to prevent rainwater from flooding the chassis and pouring back into the equipment, causing equipment short circuits or line failures.
2.Installation steps
Unbox the product, place the shell, inner liner, and base on a horizontal floor to prepare for installation.The installation steps are as follows:
A Remove the bottom top wire
B Place the inner liner on the base tray
C Cover the housing on the base chassis
D Rotate the shell to align the bolt hole at the bottom of the shell with the bolt hole at the base tray and then insert the bolts and tighten them.
E Fix the assembled equipment on a pre-made cement base
