Mine Explosion-proof Dust Meter provides mines with real-time results during dust surveys and is suitable for use in coal mines where explosion proofing is required.Mine Explosion-proof Dust Meter (hereinafter referred to as the measuring instrument) is an instrument used to measure the concentration of floating dust in ambient air based on the principle of infrared light absorption.The instrument is based on the technical conditions of the MT163-1997 "General Technical Conditions of Direct-Read Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments" and the technical conditions of the Q/320582YLA013-2016 "CCZ1000 Direct-Read Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments" and the ExibI grade (intrinsically safe) explosion-proof dust concentration measurement instrument in the GB3836-2010 standard.The separation efficiency of the respiratory separation device of this instrument fully complies with the internationally recognized "BMRC" curve requirements, and can accurately and timely reflect the quality of respiratory dust inhaled by dust collectors and the pollution status of dust in different dust workplaces, providing reliable data for accurately evaluating the hygiene status of the workplace.The instrument is suitable for underground coal mines and other workplaces containing explosion hazardous gases.
