Main purpose:

High altitude insect detection lamp is specially developed and designed to monitor the migration dynamics of high-altitude migratory pests such as Fattish grassland. It can effectively measure and report the population dynamics of migratory pests and has a strong trapping effect.

Analyze and predict the occurrence and development of pests, provide services for modern agriculture, and meet the needs of insect situation prediction and specimen collection.

How it works:

High altitude insect detection lamp uses the phototaxis of pests to shine at high altitude through a ray of light. When the high altitude migratory pests invade the area monitored by the measurement lamp, they will fly towards the light source after being attracted by the light source, and will hit the impact screen during flight, thus falling into the processing chamber.

Using modern optical, electrical, CNC and other technologies, we have realized high-temperature insect killing of insect traps, conveyor belts and automatic operation of the whole lamp. Under unsupervised conditions, system operations such as insect luring, insect killing, insect dispersion, photography, transportation, collection, and drainage can be automatically completed, and then wireless transmission technology and Internet of Things technology can be used to upload environmental meteorological and pest situations to the designated agricultural cloud platform in real time.

Power supply method: 220VAC, because the whole machine is large, it cannot be equipped with solar power supply.

High altitude insect detection lamp body structure:

The whole machine size: 2102mm*840mm*840mm.

The insect information detector is equipped with a mounting base by default, with a base height of 40cm, which is used to prevent rainwater from pouring back into the central control box during the rainy season.

The upper and lower far-infrared insect body treatment chambers have a mortality rate of no less than 98%, and the completion rate of the insect body is not less than 95%.

After working in the far-infrared insect body treatment chamber for 15 minutes, the temperature can reach 85℃±5℃.

Camera parameters:

This device supports a 500W pixel camera, and the camera is plugged in and plugged in, making it convenient for on-site replacement.

The camera can collect the insect situation on the conveyor belt in real time, and the clarity of the captured image can meet the requirements of artificially identifying insect species.

Android main control system:

Mechanical components:

The inside of the box contains mechanical devices such as insect rain baffles, insecticide baffles, dry baffles, vibration devices, insect transfer devices, fill lights, cameras and other mechanical devices and control and execution equipment.

Rain control technology:

The weather conditions on site are detected through the rain and snow sensors. The weather is running normally without rain and snow, and the weather stops running when there is rain and snow.

After identifying rainy and snowy weather, control the opening and closing direction of the insect rain baffle to achieve insect rain separation.

Light control technology:

The light intensity on site is detected by the light sensor and is not affected by instantaneous strong light.

When the light is less than the program set value, the control device operates normally; when the light is greater than the program set value, the control device stops running.

Time control technology:

It can set the work start time, working time, single working cycle time, insect-induced light turn on time, delay turn on after rain, etc.

Working mode:

Supports automatic working mode and manual working mode, and supports working mode switching.

Automatic working mode workflow: High-altitude migratory pests are attracted by the searchlight light source → Luffy towards the light source → Crash into the impact plate → Drop into the insecticide warehouse after impact → After killing the insecticide warehouse at high temperature → Flip the insect baffle → The insect corpse falls into the drying warehouse → The drying warehouse is drying at high temperature, after drying is completed → Flip the drying baffle → The insect corpse falls on the vibrating plate → The vibrating plate starts → The insect corpse is spread flat on the conveyor belt → The conveyor belt will transport the flying insect corpse to the camera → Take a photo → Upload the photo to the server.

High altitude insect detection lamp installation method:

(1) Select the installation location of the insect detection cabinet, prefabricate the flat and hard cement platform as early as possible, and then drill holes according to the fixed size of the base.

(2) Use the expansion screws in the accessories to install them into 8 holes.

(3) Correlate the 8 expansion screw holes of the four corners under the equipment support column, and tighten and fix it with a wrench.

Insect Information Reporting Platform:

The insect survey and reporting platform can log in and manage accounts according to different permissions, and can at least allocate accounts with different permissions of level 8 or above.

The insect information reporting platform remotely checks the current working status of each component of the High altitude insect detection lamp, and the status can be stored to view history records.
